customers may return purchased mineral specimens and other purchased
merchandise in “brand new condition” for a full refund within thirty (30) days

Customers are responsible for “return shipping” unless the item was
“damaged on arrival” or the wrong item.
Please return a copy of the merchandise packing slip. All Merchandise Subject to Prior All merchandise, except
gift cards, is available in a “Quantity of One (1).” Each mineral specimen is a unique item made
by natural processes in the Earth’s crust.
Each jewelry item is handmade and is a one of a kind item. All merchandise for sale on Light Beam
Crystals’ web site is subject to prior sale.

inventory quantities are maintained though electronic transactions and
electronic and manual inventory reductions.
It is possible that two or more sales for the same item of merchandise
could be made before the “Inventory Control Process” has removed an item for
sale. If two or more purchases are
made for the same “Stock Number Item,” the specific item sold will be shipped
or delivered to the customer who placed the FIRST order for the specific item
in question and whose method of payment is also verified and approved. We will notify other
customers who have purchased the same “Stock Number Item,” by email, phone,
or other appropriate methods and informed them the item was subject to prior
sale and that it is no longer available for sale. Light Beam Crystals apologizes in advance
for any inconveniences that this situation may cause. Light Beam Crystals’ total liability for
“previously sold items” and/or for inaccurate information on this website for
any reason and for the customer’s total remedy for any cause whatsoever is
limited to the amount paid by the customer. All merchandise is subject
